Reg D, Rule 506c allows Constitution to raise an unlimited amount of money for real estate projects we feature in our marketplace as long as we meet two conditions: All investors are accredited investors and we take necessary steps to ensure all investors who participate are accredited investors. Constitution includes a request for accredited investor status during the registration process. We then verify investor documentation to ensure compliance with Rule 506c of Reg D. Under this rule, Constitution is not required to register real estate projects we feature with the SEC, however, we are required to submit a Form D. You can see all Constitution SEC filings in the EDGAR database. No State or Federal regulatory body has passed upon or endorsed these offerings.
