The Constitution Real Estate Credit Fund leverages Constitution’s established lending and real estate management platform, experience, and banking relationships to create a diversified leveraged fund of performing and non-performing senior debt secured by real estate.

The fund will primarily invest in:

  • Performing Loans

Loans backed by residential and commercial properties where payments are current, typically 6m-18m in duration

  • Non-performing Loans
Loans purchased from banks or other lenders (typically at a discount to par) that are now in default of some kind. We aim to capitalize on these by purchasing them at discounts to par, restructuring the loan or through the liquidation of the collateral.

For specific terms and qualification, please see the Fund Presentation and Private Placement Memorandum in your ConstLending Investor Account.
