Memberships with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) can sometimes be tied to an employer. If your membership lapses or you experience an employment change where your employer-sponsored membership ends, you may need to follow the steps below to rejoin CMAA as an individual member. Additionally, CMAA memberships operate on a calendar-year basis, with fees prorated for the remainder of the year.

1. Starting from the CMAA Website www.cmaanet.org , click LOG IN

2. Enter your username (email) and password, then click Log in.

If you do not have an account, click here to sign up or select the Sign Up option from the log in page.

3. Click MY ACCOUNT to navigate to the member portal

4. Hover over MEMBERSHIP and click Join as Individual

5. Review the membership types, then select one from the drop-down.

If you do not see your category listed, please contact membership@cmaanet.org to confirm the best category and/or how to join under an organization membership.

6. Click Next

7. Review the membership dues amount, then click Next

8. At the bottom of the assignments page, click Next

9. Confirm your review CMAA's Code of Ethics and click Next Step

10. Fill in credit card information, then click Process Payment
