Overview

Once you’ve created content inside Content Studio — whether that’s a written Page or a Clip Generation — you can publish it to share with your congregation and community. Publishing turns your content into a live, shareable link that anyone can view, making it simple to extend your message beyond Sunday.

You can publish or un-publish content from either the Project Workspace or your Content Library. Both locations offer the same controls for managing your published materials.

📝 Publishing Pages

Pages are written pieces of content you’ve created from your sermon files — like devotionals, study guides, or other written materials. Each Page can be published as a formatted web page hosted by Content Studio, complete with a unique link you can share anywhere.

How to publish a Page:

  1. Open your Project

  2. Find the Page you’d like to publish.

  3. Click the 3 dots menu.

  4. Click Publish.

  5. Once published, a unique link will be created automatically.

Your Page is now live and ready to share! You can post the link on social media, send it in an email, or embed it on your church’s website.

💡 Tip: If you update your Page later, those updates will automatically appear on the published version — no need to republish.

How to publish directly from the Page Editor:

  1. Click on File

  2. Click on the toggle for Publish

  3. Click 'Copy public link'

  4. Once published, a unique link will be created automatically.

Your Page is now live and ready to share! You can post the link on social media, send it in an email, or embed it on your church’s website.

🔗 Managing Published Pages

After publishing, you can:

  • Copy the link to share it anywhere.

  • Un-publish the Page if you no longer want it to be publicly available.

  • Delete the Page from Content Studio entirely if you no longer need it in your library.

Un-publishing will make the link inactive, so visitors will no longer be able to access it. You can republish the Page at any time.

🌐 Custom Domains

By default, your published Pages use a Content Studio–hosted link. However, you can connect your own church’s web domain through Custom Domains to make those links look and feel like part of your website through an optional Add-on as a Pro plan benefit.

For example, instead of a generic link, your published Page might appear under a custom domain like:

resources.yourchurch.org/devotional-title

Custom Domains are managed from your Settings. You can add multiple domains, but one will always be set as your Primary Domain. This Primary Domain automatically applies to all new published Pages, helping ensure your content looks professional and trustworthy to your audience.

💡 Why Custom Domains Matter
Custom Domains build trust with your congregation, reinforce your church’s brand, and make it easier for people to recognize and engage with your content.

📊 Page Analytics

Every published Page includes built-in analytics, giving you insight into how your congregation engages with your content. Analytics help you understand which resources are resonating most with your audience so you can keep improving and sharing content that makes an impact.

You can view these engagement analytics directly from the Content Library for any published item.

Analytics currently include:

  • Page Views – How many times the content has been visited

  • Average View Time – How long visitors typically engage with your content

  • Links Clicked – How many times embedded links were clicked

These insights help you understand which pieces of content are resonating most with your audience.

How to View Page Analytics:

  1. Click on File

  2. Click on View page analytics

🎬 Publishing Clips

Content Studio also allows you to publish your video Clips — making it easy to share short, powerful sermon moments on social media and beyond.

💡 In Summary

Publishing your content turns your hard work into shareable, accessible resources that extend the life of your sermons and serve your community throughout the week.

  • Pages become beautiful, live web pages with analytics.

  • Custom Domains make your links trustworthy and on-brand.

  • Clips let you share impactful sermon moments anywhere.

With just a few clicks, you can make your message available to anyone, anywhere.
