First steps in case of incorrect display on your website

If there is an incorrect display on your website or individual things are missing, e.g. in an advent calendar or an interactive graphic, it is best to proceed as follows:

  1. See if there are any error messages in the live integration: Go to "Live Integration" in the editing of the format. If error messages are displayed there, correct them. Then update the format.

  2. Even if there is no error message, update the format - you may have made changes that have not yet been published.

  3. If you have included interactive formats in an interactive graphic or in an advent calendar, also check whether error messages are displayed there and update the interactive formats.

  4. If you have integrated the format via JavaScript, it may happen that the JQuery version of your website and our JQuery version do not "get along". Go to the editing of the campaign, click on "edit" under the JavaScript code and deactivate "Include JQuery". Save and paste the new code snippet into your CMS.

  5. If none of this helps, send an email to convert-support@contentbird.io. For quick help, the email must contain the following information:

    a. The name of your format in the backend of contentbird Convert.

    b. A precise description of the error.

    c. The link to the integration on your website.
