To refer a user directly to the content of a hotspot via a link, a hashtag with the hotspot ID must be added to the embedding URL.
Format
https://<inclusion URL>#hotspot-<id>
Determining the hotspot ID
The ID is the last number in the URL under which a hotspot is being edited (Content Editor > Content > Hotspots/Doors). The URL ends with the ID of the hotspot being edited:
In the example above, this is "7415".
Composing the URL
This results in the URL for our example: https://........./produkt/interaktive-grafik/barrierefreies-haus#hotspot-7415
Any time rules are taken into account here: outside a possibly defined validity period, the hashtag is ignored and the interactive graphic is displayed as usual.
❗Note
Direct linking does not generally work if the interactive graphic is integrated via IFRAME.
