Why should I book additional user licences in contentbird?

Adding new users to contentbird allows you to maintain control over your team and their access rights without having to rely on offers or support.

How can I add new user licences in contentbird on my own?

It's easy! Follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on your profile picture or name at the top.

Step 2: Select "Customer area".

Step 3: In a new tab you will find all relevant information about contentbird, including content, contracts for all products, payment data and invoices.

Step 4: Click on "Contract Operations" and select "Open".

Step 5: Here you will see all the components for this contract. Go to "Platform Limits" and click on the green button "Book now".

Step 6: Select how many user licences you want to add. The price will be calculated automatically.

Step 7: Click on "Book now" and you are done!

Can I change the number of user licences later?

Yes, you can increase or decrease the number of user licences at any time as needed by going through the process described above again.
