You might be wondering, how do homeowners book their appointments with my company in the first place? Great question! Homeowners book their soft-set appointment with your company via our self-serve form through CostGuide.com!*

Homeowners provide the below information during the qualification process, and then choose a preferred day and time of appointment with one of the top 3 local pros presented to them (ranked by revenue per appointment).**

Once a homeowner has chosen your company, the appointment is delivered straight to your dashboard and CRM - you’ll also get notified via email/text!

What we qualify:

  • Homeowner name (w/confirmation that they are the homeowner)

  • Homeowner address

  • Contact email address

  • Contact phone number

  • Trade: repair or replacement

  • Quantity (windows)

  • Material (roofing and siding)

  • Preferred day and time of appointment

*Remember, appointments are considered “soft-set” until your team reaches out to confirm and officially set the appointment! We ask for a minimum of 6 calls and 6 texts per appointment.
