Accounts that make the most of their dashboard and appointments we send typically have the greatest success on our platform! Here’s a few tips on how to maximize your volume:
Optimize your calendar: The sooner you’re available, the better! Offering times when homeowners are most likely to be available can help you secure appointments (i.e., mornings, evenings, and weekends). Utilize the Availability Settings and Calendar Rules links at the bottom of the My Calendar tab to open up your calendar to its fullest extent.
Add additional trades: Toggle on additional trades and material types in the My Trades tab to encourage appointment flow! (PS. Siding volume is on the rise and driving additional revenue for a lot of our contractors right now!)
Increase service area: Click on the I need to update my service area link underneath the map to add more zip codes so you can receive more appointments from a wider area!
