With so many companies providing the same or similar service as yours, it’s important to be able to name and sell the unique value of your business!

Give customers options they can’t get anywhere else, and be able to name the unique value that you can offer the homeowner in order to justify your price!

Even if your roofing material is the same as everyone else’s, or if you're selling the same brand of windows - what does your company provide that homeowners can't get anywhere else? Maybe it’s a warranty, maybe it’s $0 dollars down with the option to pay after - you’ll have to think of something!

Another way to help you stand out is to give customers the chance to hear from others’ experiences through reviews and testimonials. Provide homeowners with as many reviews as you can, and give them proof that your value is actually what you say it is.

Remember, customers don’t buy a price, they buy the best value for the price! Sell a better value for a fair price, provide testimonials to back up your guarantees, and you’ll be in a league of your own!
