Need to request credit for an appointment you weren't able to run? If your return reason falls under one of our eligible reasons, follow the steps below to submit a credit request:

  1. Open your dashboard - in the My Appointments tab, click on Request Credit under the status dropdown:

  2. Enter in the appropriate reason, provide the required notes for context, and hit the red Request Credit button at the bottom of the box:

That's all there is to it! Our team will then process your return request in 5 business days - if approved, you will see the full amount for the appointment returned to your account as a credit in the Billing tab.

The next appointment you receive will be paid for using the credit balance instead of charging your card (think of it like store credit!). Once the credit balance is gone, your card will go back to being charged per usual.

If your return request is rejected, you will see a link under the status dropdown in the My Appointments tab that says, "Not Eligible" - hover over this link to see why the appointment wasn't able to be returned.
