So - the customer communicates over the phone or in person that they do not have the money, employment, or credit score to make a purchase. Now what?

We can't guarantee that the customer will get approved for financing, have a certain credit score, or that they will have the financial means to pay for the project.

Unless the customer decides to cancel the appointment by themselves because they know they can't pay, and don't want the estimate before they meet, then the appointment is not eligible for credit.
