Depending on where you are located and what area you work in, you might run into rain or snow, and unfortunately, that's just the way the cookie crumbles!
β
βSo, what do you do if it's raining or other weather prohibits you from making the appointment? It is still recommended to simply communicate with the customer and help provide them an estimate in the best way that you are able.
This may mean rescheduling or providing an over-the-phone interview and an in-person appointment later on, once the weather is better.
β
Either way, if you chose not to provide the customer with an estimate for any reason, the appointment is still considered valid and not eligible for credit since you did not go to the appointment that the homeowner scheduled with your company.
