So - you show up to an appointment, or you speak to the customer beforehand, and you find out that the appointment is/will be a one-legger. Now what?
We do not guarantee that both homeowners will be present at the time of the appointment.
Oftentimes, the customer is trying to find time in their schedule to meet with you, whether it's in their free time on a weekend, or they are taking time off work to meet with you - finding a time to have both there might not be possible
You are still expected to meet with a homeowner at the day and time of appointment
If you choose not to run the appointment simply because it is a one-legger, the appointment is not eligible for credit.
You can try to reschedule with the homeowners for a time when both will be there, however, if this is not possible, you are still expected to meet them at the day and time they requested.
