So - you show up to an appointment, or you speak to the customer beforehand, and you find out that the appointment is/will be a one-legger. Now what?

  • We do not guarantee that both homeowners will be present at the time of the appointment.

  • Oftentimes, the customer is trying to find time in their schedule to meet with you, whether it's in their free time on a weekend, or they are taking time off work to meet with you - finding a time to have both there might not be possible

  • You are still expected to meet with a homeowner at the day and time of appointment

  • If you choose not to run the appointment simply because it is a one-legger, the appointment is not eligible for credit.

You can try to reschedule with the homeowners for a time when both will be there, however, if this is not possible, you are still expected to meet them at the day and time they requested.
