So - the customer books an appointment with you, and then you find out that their roof is smaller than you expected. Now what?

  • If the roof side is less than 10 squares, you can request credit via your dashboard on the appointment.

  • If the roof side is 10 squares+, and the appointment came through as a replacement, then this is a valid roof replacement size and you are expected to meet with the customer at the day and time they selected to provide an estimate for their project.
