So - the customer books a window replacement appointment with you, and when you meet, you find out the project size is smaller than the customer had said it was when they booked the appointment. Now what?
We have 2 different windows categories on our platform:
Windows 1-2
Windows 3+
If you are set up for Windows 3+, and the customer tells you that they actually only need two windows and this is something you do not do, feel free to request credit via your dashboard.
If you are set up for Windows 1-2 and the customer tells you that they need 10 windows and this is something you do not do, feel free to request credit via your dashboard.
If you are set up for only one of our two Windows trades, but you decide you'd like to do both Windows 1-2 and Windows 3+, feel free to toggle that trade on in your dashboard under the My Trades tab.
