So - the customer books an appointment with you, and you later find out that they don't have financing, or can't get approved for financing. Now what?

We can't guarantee that the customer will get approved for financing, have a specific credit score, or that they will have the financial means to pay for the project right away.

What we do guarantee is that the customer has booked a day and time to meet specifically with you, and that your company will have the opportunity to estimate the project.

Unless the customer decides to cancel the appointment by themselves because they know they can't pay, and don't want the estimate before they meet, then the appointment is not eligible for credit.

Ultimately, you are still expected to meet with the customer at the day and time they chose to meet with your company, and to provide them with an estimate on their project.
