Understanding Your Billing Tab

Once you've logged into your dashboard and clicked on the Billing tab, you can see the appointments we've sold to you, and the credits that have been approved.

Here's a break down of how it works:

Within the Credit History table, you'll always see the Date & Time, Description, Amount, and current Credit Balance on the account.

The system will always try to bring a negative balance on the account back to positive by charging the credit card on file (if it is not able to bring a negative balance back to positive, your account may get paused by the system).

Your account will always start at $0.00 - so what happens when an appointment gets booked?

When a customer books an appointment, the appointment charge will bring the account negative:

   2. The system will then auto-charge the credit card for the appointment amount, and bring the balance back to $0.00:

The system will go back and forth in this same way every time an appointment is booked. Our system will only charge your card when the account balance goes below $0.00.

What happens if I get a credit request approved? How does that affect billing?

If a credit request is approved, the appointment amount will just go back onto the account as an account credit - the next time an appointment is booked with your company, the account will just use up the account credit first, and then go back to charging the credit card as usual!
