How To: Reschedule An Appointment In The Dashboard

So - you have the preferred day and time of appointment that the customer booked, but then you speak with the customer and end up rescheduling the appointment to a NEW day and time after confirming with the customer. Now what?

You can now update the original day and time of appointment with a specific customer to a NEW day and time appointment through your dashboard! This will ensure your appointments and dashboard calendar are up-to-date and accurate.

To update the appointment day and time in your dashboard:

  1. Go to the My Appointments tab

  2. Click on the Reschedule link underneath the Date + Time shown for the respective homeowner:

     3. Select the new date and time:

4. Click the blue Reschedule button to save!

And just like that, the appointment will be updated in your dashboard, and the customer will receive a text letting them know their appointment has been rescheduled to X day and time! That's all there is to it!
