You may wonder how we know what availability you have, and how we relay that to customers when they book! Here's how our platform manages this:

  • Customers are the ones booking their appointments directly with you online via our form on CostGuide.com. We don't control who books or where from (the "where from" is based off of your current service area)

  • Homeowners select days and times based on the calendar availability you have set up in your Contractor Appointments dashboard

  • What is available in your dashboard is available for customers to choose from, so make sure you keep your dashboard calendar up-to-date!

  • In your calendar availability, you're able to control when you are or are not available to meet with customers. If the time they chose is a time that didn’t work for you, you can always call and reschedule. But keep in mind, customers can only book days and times they see available from what you have set up.
