If you have looked up a homeowner's address but can't find it, here's what to do.

  1. Try reformatting the address yourself in Google Maps.

For example, if the address the customer submitted was 123 Main Street NE, Oakdale, MN 55129, try simplifying to something like 123 Main Street, 55129. Google will often autocorrect the street type (ST, Way, Trl, etc.) for you.

  2. Reach out to the homeowner via phone, text, and email. Give them a call (leaving a voicemail), send them a text, and shoot them an email, and explain you need to confirm the address to ensure you have the correct house.

  3. Try, try again.  Be sure to make multiple attempts to reach the customer and be clear that you cannot meet them or provide an estimate if you don't have the correct address (we require 6 texts and 6 calls per appointment).

If the appointment date and time has passed, and you have been unsuccessful in contacting the customer and getting a response to update their address, please request credit under the Status dropdown on your My Appointments page.
