The FASTER you update your project statuses, the more our platform understands and can better serve you and each homeowner. We require all project statuses to be updated to continue to receive NEW projects - the faster you update the status, especially the "Hired" status, the more eligible you are to receive more projects!
We also rank contractors based on their "Hired" rate, along with customer feedback. Being hired often is a clear sign of matching the right contractor with the right homeowner. Please note, failure to update your statuses will result in your account being paused and loss of rank.
Appointment Statuses Explained:
New
The "New" status is the default system status of every appointment. If you see a lot of "New" statuses, then it is very important to update and move the projects to the correct place in your project pipeline.
Confirmed
The "Confirmed" status is a status used by your internal team to track customers you've spoken with and confirmed their appointment.
β
No Demo
The "No Demo" status is a catch-all for any customer you were unable to provide a presentation and price to. Please be very descriptive in your feedback as to why this project didn't result in you providing a bid.
Bid (Working)
The "Bid (Working)" status is used to categorize any and all projects you've provided a price on their project. This status requires that you add the "Bid Price" (the price you gave the customer), and upload a bid for tracking. We analyze the bid prices, your hire rate, and others in your area to help you win the most projects.
Please note: Too many projects stuck in "Bid (Working)" will result in fewer "New" projects being added to your dashboard/delivered to your account.
Hired
The "Hired" status is defined as an executed contract between you and the homeowner. The "Hired" status is used to determine your overall rank. The more often you're hired, the more projects you will receive. The minimum requirement is a 10% hired rate.
Bid Lost
The "Bid Lost" status applies to any project for which you've provided a price but didn't ultimately end up being hired for.
