Here are the expectations we have for contractors, centered around our 2 core beliefs!

  1. Contractors who are "Hired" often are meeting the customer's biggest needs.

Feedback, specifically project statuses, create better customer/contractor experiences.

Updating Project Statuses

We expect contractors on our platform to update their project statuses and notes as often as possible, within 24-48 hours. Our platform will rank each contractor based on the status of their appointments, for example, if you have only 1 out of 10 projects with an updated status, you'll stop receiving new projects. Alternatively, if you're updating statuses daily, then the system understands you are active and eligible for more appointments.

Minimum "Hired" Rate

As stated, we believe that the contractors who are "Hired," often are meeting the customer's biggest needs. Your "Hired" rate affects your rank, along with your eligibility to receive new projects. Our minimum requirement is 10% of projects you are assigned resulting in a Hire.
