Have you received appointments from us but are having a hard time with contact rates? Here’s some quick tips to help you experience more success!:

  • Increase your speed to lead by calling, texting, or emailing the homeowner as soon as you receive the appointment – the faster the better! We ask for a minimum attempt of 6 texts and 6 calls per appointment delivered.

  • Examine + evaluate your language: Ask questions with the goal of eliciting a response! “Hi, {first_name}, we received your estimate request! Just curious, are you free for a quick call?” OR, “Hi, {first_name}, thank you for your interest in a roofing estimate! Would you like your roof replaced or repaired?”

  • Be consistent with your contact cadences! Here’s an example of how you can set up your communication:

    - 2-3 calls + 2 texts on the first day (stagger throughout the day after the first immediate call)
    - 2 calls + 3 texts each day for 7 days
    - 3 calls per week + 1 text per week for 4 weeks
    - 1 text every other week for 4-6 months

  • Use a branded phone number to avoid “Spam Likely” – use multiple numbers if you’re making a high amount of calls per day!

  • Check T-Mobile blockage: T-Mobile will block any suspected spam messages if your opt-out rates are greater than 1%. You can check this by sending a message to a known T-Mobile customer or by contacting your provider!

Here are some additional tools your team can look into to help increase your SPL:

SMS Automation
