  1. You will receive an email invitation from your general contractor to join Contracts Connected.

  2. Click the Join Company link in the email.

  3. Fill out your personal information and click Next.

  4. Complete your company details, including:

    • Company name

    • Address

    • Contact info

    • Any relevant business identifiers

  5. Click Next to finish setup and proceed to your login screen.

2. Reviewing and Updating Your Company Information

  • Employees:

3. Navigating to Your Projects

4. Using Your Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a quick summary of everything requiring your action.

  • Contracts: 1 contract to sign and return.

5. Managing Contracts

Steps

  1. Click on the Contracts section in your dashboard.

  2. Download the contract (for example, Sheet Metal Contract).

  3. Review and sign the document.

  5. The GC will upload the signed copy into Contracts Connected for recordkeeping.


6. Completing Document Submissions

Steps

  1. Click on your Tasks count (for example, the β€œ7 items” listed).

  2. You’ll see two sections:

    • Pending Submission β€” documents you must upload.

    • Pending Acknowledgment β€” documents you must review and confirm.

Pending Acknowledgment

  • Click the document link.

  • Review the file.

  • Click Acknowledge β†’ Confirm.

  • The item will automatically mark as Completed.

Pending Submission

  1. Click the item (e.g., SBA Business Classification).

  2. If a sample document or template is provided, download it.

  3. Complete the form or file on your computer.

  4. Drag and drop your completed document into the upload area.

  5. Click Submit.

Once submitted:

  • The status changes to Pending Approval.

  • The GC must now review and approve your submission.

7. Viewing Project-Specific Details

If you prefer to see tasks organized by project:
