Once you have decided where you want to place your GIF, click on the smaller "+" sign to open Elements.

Look for Text category, click on it. In there you will find a "Custom HTML" element. Add it to your page.

Click on the element to open the Editor. Enter the html tag into the box, followed by a link to your URL.

Make sure to copy a "GIF link" as that's the one you need for this purpose.
