👉 You can use DKI ( Dynamic Keyword Insertion ) to put your UTM fields into hidden form fields.

👉 Place the DKI keys into the forms fields as pre-filled values and they will fill and submit automatically with the form.

📌 You can use the Hidden Field in form to mark where the form is coming from (which funnel/site).

📌 In the Settings take a look at Submissions

You can also filter the info by funnel. If you click on the submission you can see the form data
