To add a Section, look for the “Add Section” on the page. There are specifically marked places where the section is available to add just hover over the page to see so.

To add an Element simply hover over the wanted place on the page and look for + sign. Click on Add Element to open the Element Library

To add a Row, hover over the wanted place on the page and look for + sign. Click on Add Row and choose the wanted distribution on a certain device.
