How the 7-Day Refund Works
To be eligible for a refund, your account must be set to "pending cancellation." You can find more information on how to set your account to cancel in this article.
After setting up the account to pending cancellation, simply contact us via email at support@cxl.com or through live chat, and we will process your refund promptly, typically on the same day.
Cancelling and Refunds
Please note that canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Canceling your account only stops future billing, while a refund must be explicitly requested within the 7-day period.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of your subscription. If your subscription has passed this period, unfortunately, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refund Timing
Once your refund has been processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
