With Pro, you can see how the open and click rates of your emails are trending over time, and filter that data down to specific parts of your list.
You can view deliverability reports for both Broadcasts and Sequences, for subsets of your list that you define, and for specific email service providers. That makes them useful when you're troubleshooting a drop in open rates.
Where to find deliverability reports
Go to Subscribers in the navigation. Click the More dropdown, select Deliverability, then choose Broadcasts or Sequences, depending on which type of report you want to see:
How to read your report
Sample deliverability report for Broadcasts:
The light grey bars show the number of recipients for a Broadcast.
Sample deliverability report for Sequences:
The blue bars show the volume of emails sent per Sequence on that day.
In both reports, the green line is the open rate and the orange line is the click rate. Hover over the graph for a more detailed breakdown in table form:
Filter your report
Filtering lets you isolate deliverability data for certain subsets of your list. To change your report filters, click the filter icon to the left of the date range selector:
Filter by email service provider
If subscribers tell you they aren't receiving your emails, you can look into whether a particular platform (Gmail, Yahoo, and so on) is the cause. Use these checkboxes to toggle which providers show on the graph:
Filter by subset
The same recipient filters you use to set the audience for a Broadcast are available for these reports:
Use them to spot deliverability and engagement trends within parts of your list, then adjust what you send to those subscribers.
