Is my Broadcast stuck? 

When you press "send," your Broadcast enters a queue. Depending on how many other users are sending messages, and to how many Subscribers are being sent to, Broadcasts can take some time to process. We are able to scale up our sending and send more Broadcasts at once, which will speed up sending.

If you see your Broadcast is Queued or Sending, please do not create a duplicate and try to sending that Broadcast as well. Your Broadcast will be sent, but so will the duplicate, sending your Subscribers two emails.

Give it a little time

We suggest giving your Broadcast a little time to get through the queue, and send. If you do not see your Broadcast send within the hour, let us know.
