This guide will provide the information we need to setup your Enterprise to send SMS notifications to you and your colleagues.
Setup Details
SMS currently is configured by our Professional Services Team on your behalf (we're working on giving you the tools to subscribe to SMS yourself!), so we require a few bits of info to get you up and running.
Top-up amount
Please specify the starting total of SMSs you require. We generally start people off at 1000 SMSs, but we can work anywhere between 10 and 100,000.
SMS Sender Name
The Sender is the name on the top of the SMS - essentially who sends you the message. This can be anything from the name of the Enterprise to the name of the Installer or ARC.
There is a character limit of 11 characters, so we will do our best to fit in your request.
End User Name and Email Address
The recipient should have an account on CONXTD, so providing us with their details will enable us to store their phone number and apply specific notification preferences.

Alarm types
Please specify the types of alarms you wish to notify people of. We recommend being quite mindful of the types of alarms you choose, like particular activations such as Fire, Panic or Intruder alarms.
Applying broad rules, like Open and Closes, can eat into your allowance pretty quickly!
