This guide will show you how to delete a site from the CONXTD platform.
Deleting a site will remove any association to customer Enterprise accounts and all alarm history from the site. This cannot be reversed.
Accessing the Site Editor
The Site Editor is the main data hub for a site in CONXTD - housing the signaling information, address data, Pin Mapping and Enterprise Associations all in one easy to manage location.
To access the Editor, click on the name of the site you need to delete.
Delete site
To delete a site from CONXTD, select the Delete Site button at the bottom of the Site Editor.
Confirm you want this site to be deleted, and the site will be removed from the platform.
