This guide will show you how to remove a site from a customer's Enterprise account, using Site Editor.
Accessing the Site Editor
The Site Editor is the main data hub for a site in CONXTD - housing the signaling information, address data, Pin Mapping and Enterprise Associations all in one easy to manage location.
To access the Editor, click on the name of the site you need to upgrade.
Remove Enterprise Association
Go to the Enterprise Association tab within the Site Editor. This will show you all the Enterprises your site has been added to.
In the Associations table, click on the Unlink button under the Actions column. This will unlink or remove the site from the Enterprise account, whilst keeping the site on your Service Desk.
