This guide will show you how to search for a site in Service Desk, and view all assets associated to that site.
Searching for a site in Service Desk
In the main Service Desk table, you can search for sites using any of the indentifiers like Site Name, Address or Contract information.
By clicking the Site Name - the blue linked text in the table - you will jump straight to the Site Editor page.
The Site Editor page provides a comprehensive breakdown of all site information available on CONXTD like address and signalling information, to Enterprise associations or Pin Mapping configurations. For more information on the Site Editor, you can view our guides here.
The Assets tab
In the Site Editor, you will see a menu bar on the left-hand side:
Clicking the Assets button will display a breakdown of how many assets, and the categories of asset, that are available on this site.
Clicking on a specific category will open up the category table, previewing more information about the types of asset.
To jump to the Asset page, click on the name of the asset - the blue linked text.
