Two Factor Authentication or 2FA is an optional security enhancement which can be enabled on your CONXTD account.
2FA improves your account security by requiring you to enter a one time passcode sent to your email during login.
How to enable 2FA
Login to CONXTD
Click on your name in the top right and click on 'My Profile'
Look for the '2FA' section
To enable simply click on the toggle
When enabled, the toggle will show in the 'right' position.
How to use 2FA
Once enabled, the next time you login to CONXTD, after you have got your password correct, you will be presented with a message to 'Check your email' and space for you to enter a one time 6 digit code.
Simply check your email for the code, enter into the box and click 'Submit code'.
Following this, you will be logged into CONXTD as usual.
Didn't receive the code?
After 30 seconds, you can request another code to be sent
Be sure to check any spam or junk filters just incase
Double check the email address is correct - if it is not correct then reach out to support
