This guide will show you how to amend existing asset data in Asset Manager. You are able to edit and remove all data fields associated to an asset, and add new images.
Asset page
To change any of the data stored against an asset, go to the specific Asset page by clicking the name of the asset - the blue linked text in the Category table.
Next, click the Edit padlock button at the top right of the page. This will unlock the editing features.
All editable content will be outlined in orange - this includes the Name of the asset, all identification fields and the image field.
When you are happy with your amendments, click Submit at the bottom of the page to confirm.
Once confirmed, your changes will take affect instantly.
