How to export sites from Service Desk

How to export all* or export filtered results from Service Desk

This guide will show you how to export sites from your Service Desk account. You are able to export all sites from your account*, or exporting from the filters you have applied in the sites table.

Current export limitations have meant we need to cap exports to 10 thousand sites at a time. You are able to export in 10 row chunks using the filters.

Export all

Exporting all sites can be done by clicking on the Export dropdown, and selecting Export All.

Results over 500 sites will be delivered to you via email.

Export Filtered

You are able to export from the filtered data you have created in the sites table. This is particularly useful for taking specific signalling type, Enterprise or location data out of the platform.

Exporting filtered data can be acheived by clicking on the Export dropdown, and selecting Export Filtered.

As with exporting all sites, results over 500 sites will be delivered to you via email.
