This guide will show you how to add Open & Close schedules to a site. You can also apply a Not Expected schedule, which shows a site as closed for that day in the reporting and scheduling.

Scheduler Tab

Within the site's Information Panel, navigate to the top of the sidepanel and click on the Scheduler button with the clock icon.

Core Schedules

Core schedules are the long term Open & Close times for your site. When a site is added to the platform, we apply a default Open & Close core schedule to ensure your site appears in all reporting tools, but these can be changed in the Scheduler tab.

To add core schedules to your site, click on the edit button at the bottom of the sidepanel. This will make the scheduler table editable for you to input the new timings.

Ideal Time

Type in the new schedules for your Open & Close in the Ideal column.

Early & Late Offsets

The Early & Late Offsets allow you to define the buffer period between a store showing as Ideal or On-Time in your reporting tools and appearing as Early or Late.

Your company may have a set requirement for the Early and Late Offsets, so if you are unsure what these should be, speak with your platform administrators.

Reminders

Checking the Reminders checkbox will enable our Failed to Close Reminders feature, which injects reminders into your site's Timeline.

Your company may have a set requirement for using the Failed to Close Reminders. If you're unsure, speak with your platform administrators.

Not Expected rules

If a site is due to be closed - typically used on a Sunday - you can apply a Not Expected rule.

When you are happy with your selections, click save at the bottom of the sidepanel.

Your new Core Schedule will save and will be viewable in the Schedule table.
