What are Temporary Schedules?
Temporary Schedules are short-term rules that alter your core schedule.
Rather than editing your store's main Opening and Closing schedule for a late stocktake or planned maintenance, you can apply a temporary schedule that overrides the Open and Close reporting schedules and reminders, just for that day.
Locating Temporary Schedules
Within your store's sidepanel under Schedules, click on the tab for Temporary
Adding Temporary Schedules
To begin, click on the Add Schedule button at the top of the page.
Select the day you require a temporary override to the scheduling from the dropdown calendar selector.
Input your temporary override in the Open and/or Close fields at the bottom of the modal by adding the new ideal time, and the early and late offset buffers.
If the store is due to be CLOSED, use the Not Expected checkbox.
This will ensure that sites are flagged to be closed during the temporary window.
Click Add Rule to save your Temporary Schedule.
