To ensure the CONXTD platform continues to provide a fast and reliable experience as we grow, we will be performing a scheduled database upgrade.
Wednesday 15th April 11:00 BST - 11:30 BST
During this window it will be necessary for us to pause event processing for up to 10mins while we upgrade the database.
Why is this happening?
We are increasing the performance capacity of our database. This proactive upgrade ensures that the platform remains responsive and handles the increasing volume of data as CONXTD continues to grow.
When will it happen?
The maintenance is scheduled for 11:00 AM BST. We have specifically chosen this time as it typically coincides with the "unset" period for most sites, meaning alarm activity should be at its quietest.
How will this affect you?
While we expect the actual transition to be very brief, please be aware of the following:
Alarm Processing: Alarm processing will be paused for approximately 10 minutes. Any alarms triggered during this window will be queued and processed immediately once the upgrade is complete.
Platform Access: You may experience brief disruptions or intermittent access to the CONXTD frontend (web and mobile apps) during this 10-minute window.
We will be monitoring the platform closely throughout the process to ensure everything returns to normal as quickly as possible.
