Viewing changes to your assets in the Asset Log

Written by Thomas Swann

This articles will show you how to use the Asset Log.

The Asset Log

The Asset Log is the main record for individual asset changes in your asset manager. All changes made to the asset will appear in a chronological timeline, showing the full history of the asset on the CONXTD system.

It's located on the Asset page, which you can locate either by clicking the asset in the Index, or via the Site Details tab in Service Desk.

View the Asset Log

As standard the Asset Log is collapsed to allow for more space to use your Asset Manager. To view it, click the Log button on the right hand side of the page to open the Asset Log.
