Site notes is currently only available to enterprises with Priority Events and SOPs enabled. Notes added to sites will show to operators within CONXTD.
How to add or Edit a note
Locate the 'Site Notes' button in the toolbar on the site slider and click to enter.
Use the text editor to add or edit the note.
Click 'Save notes' once done.
How notes work in Priority Events SOPs
When viewing a an event a 'Site notes' strip will appear if that site has a note.
Clicking the dropdown arrow will open the note.
Clicking the arrow again will close the note.
The note will remain available throughout the SOP process.
It can easily be hidden by clicking the arrow again.
The alarm and note now remain constantly viewable even as the user scrolls.
