Using CONXTD’s alarm classification structure, the Philips Hue App will enable your smart light-bulbs to flash different colours, depending on the severity of the alarm.

The action and colour of the lights have been selected based on the CONXTD event. Each event is associated with a colour to signify the type of event and level of risk.
Unset - Light Blue
Light blue for 5 seconds, then return to the previous light colour.
Set - Dark Blue
Dark blue for 5 seconds, then return to the previous light colour.
Alert - Orange
Orange flash for 15 seconds, then stays orange to indicate outstanding event.
Alarm - Red
Red flash for 15 seconds, then stays red to indicate outstanding event.
Restore - Green
Green for 5 seconds, then sets a standard white light colour. This will ensure lights do no stay Orange / red once a restore for the alarm is received.
Information - Purple
Purple for 5 seconds, then return to the previous light colour.
Settings - White
White for 5 seconds, then return to the previous light colour.
On Site
Lights can be on the same site as the alarm system to provide visual notification of events.
Off Site
Lights can be on a different location to the alarm system such as a control room to provide extra level of notification.
