Communicate with your Team within the CONXTD Platform by leaving comments on the Timeline. After identifying long-outstanding faults or events of interest, leave a comment to you Team for further investigation.

Comments will be displayed much like alarm events, so you can keep track of your communications alongside active alarm strings within the same page. Latest comments will also appear against the site so you can identify them easily.

You can use the Comments feature as standard, right within the CONXTD Site List. Click on the site you are investigating, and bring up the side menu bar. By Clicking the "Comments" Tab, you can create a comment:

Click submit, and your comment will display in chronological order on the timeline:

To simply view the comments, you can filter them by clicking on the Comment Bundle within the Bundle Tab:
