Freezer Reminders can be applied to any existing Enterprise that signal Freezer events. To get started, you will need to:

Request the Feature

Get in touch with the Professional Services Team and request the feature. CONXTD need to register your account to receive extra reminders, and the process takes around 5 minutes to complete.

Please state how long you would like the reminder offset to be (the time between receiving a freezer alarm and triggering the notification).

Set up the notification rule

You can set up the notification rule for a single site, or group and Enterprise-wide. Below are the steps you'll need to take to do both.

Single-site Freezer Reminders

Firstly, login to your CONXTD Account at app.conxtd.com and find the site in the site list:

Next, click on the bell icon in the top of the site menu:

Click Add Rule:

Next, select what type of notification you wish to receive. For this example, Push Notifications to a Mobile Phone have been used:

And lastly, click on the CONXTD Reminders Tab, then select Save Rule:

The Rule applies to this site only, and will appear in the Notification Table once completed:

Enterprise-wide Freezer Reminders

To apply the Reminder across your entire estate, you will need to head to our Notification Manager:

This will redirect you to our Notification Manager website, Launchpad. If you could login using you CONXTD credentials, you can access your Enterprise's Notification Centre.

Next, select your account from the Enterprises page. For this example, the Carter & Son's Demo Enterprise is used:

The Notification Rules work in exactly the same way as for the Single Site notifications. For this example, I have used Push Notifications to a Mobile Device:

Things to consider:

  • Make sure that the Bundle is set to All,

  • Make sure the Alarm Class is set to CONXTD Reminders,

  • Make sure the Alarm Colour is set to All.
