View status of sites with multiple areas

Features:

  • Report shows all sites with areas

  • Report shows live status of all areas

  • Area number and name (if configured) shown

  • Last state change is included

    • Orange text if older than 1 day and up to 1 week

    • Red text is older than 1 week

  • 3 Reports available:

    • All sites with areas

    • Closed sites with open areas (Virgin money example)

    • Open sites with closed areas (Asda example)

Report Index:

  • 20 sites on full report

  • 5 sites Open with Closed areas

  • 2 sites Closed with Open areas

  • Select individual report

Full report (All Perimeter Open & Closed)

  • View the status of all sites with Areas

  • Ability to filter by:

    • Open / Close

    • Partial Open / Close

  • For sites with multiple areas - see a summary bar

    • Click to expand and see all areas

  • Example of dropdown to show all areas along with area names

Perimeter Open with Closed Areas / Closed with Open Areas

Open / Close by area email report

Ability to setup an Enterprise / Group to receive an email at a customised time in the day (default 10pm) to see the status of all areas.
