Setup

1 - Authentication

In order for CONXTD to recieve events from Brivo, the user needs to authorise that they allow CONXTD access to their Brivo account to do this.

Login to Brivo

To authorise your Brivo Account, click on Enterprise Manager in the left menu bar, and then click on Integrations from the tabs at the the top of the screen

Click Connect, and you will be redirected to your Brivo account's login page.

Login to Brivo using your accounts Admin credentials - Admin ID is required for this.

Next, your Brivo account will outline that you are giving access to the Brivo API for use externally. Click Submit to acknowledge and begin authorisation.

The authorisation will happen automatically, and you will be redirected back to your CONXTD account.

Provide API Key

The final step to authorisation is providing CONXTD with your unique API Key. This will complete the Integration process.

The API Key will have been provided by Brivo when registering for their API.

When you're ready, click Enter API Key, and paste that into the text box, then click Connect.

2 - Enable events

For CONXTD to start receiving events, user must click 'Enable events'.

3 - Site Setup

Now the authentication and all enablement has been completed, you can go ahead and associate your Brivo sites with the sites on the CONXTD Platform. To do this, click Link Sites on the Brivo Integration card.

You will be presented with a 2-sided table. On the left, all of your Brivo sites will be populated with all the relevant address information. You can use the Link Site button to pair your Brivo Sites with the sites on CONXTD.

Click Link Site, and you will be presented with the Brivo Site info and a dropdown showing all your sites on CONXTD. Select the correct site from the dropdown, then click Save to pair the sites together.

Removing a paired site

If you need to amend a selection or require the Brivo pair to be removed, you can do this by Clicking Change Site in the table. For sites that have already been paired, a Remove Link button will appear at the bottom of the pop-up.
