What is Notification History?

Notification History is a new feature for all users to better manage their notification preferences across their entire account.

Managers can view who has received a notification for any alarm within sites Timeline, confirming they have:

  1. Been set up correctly to receive notifications that will benefit them,

  2. Received the notification successfully.

Only confirmed/delivered events will appear in the Notification History section, which can help Managers audit and understand who within their Team need to review their notification preferences.

How do I use Notification History?

If you or any member of your Team have a Notification Rule set up for any or all alarms, a Bell icon will appear against that particular alarm type:

Simply click on the Bell icon to reveal who within your Team has received a Notification for this particular event!

How do I enable the Notification History feature?

Notification History is a global feature, meaning that it does not need to be enabled specifically. Obviously, to make full use of the feature, you will need to update your Notification Preferences to ensure you are setup to receive alerts.
