Understanding the Completed Actions Report for Priority Events

What is the Completed Actions Report?

The Completed Actions Report is a flexible reporting tool for Managers to track key performance data.

The report allows Managers to analyse time-to-action averages, reasons for closure, and view all actions taken to complete an SOP in timeframes ranging from days, up to 1 year of trends.

How does the Completed Actions Report work?

To access the Completed Actions Report, click on the Completed Report button on the top-right hand side of the Priority Events page:

Next, you are presented with the Calendar and a number of drop-down menus to configure the report to you requirements.

The Calendar can be used to select the timeframe for the report. Select a date-range yourself on the Calendar, or use pre-defined selections on the left-hand menu bar:

The dropdown menus allow you to define the sites you'd like to include in the report, as well as the reason of completion:

  • Group - which group of sites you'd like to include,

    or;

  • Sites - individual sites you'd like to include,

    and;

  • Closure Reasons - the reason why the operator closed the event,

Finally, click Generate to create the report as per your specifications.

Navigating the Completed Actions Report

When the report is generated, you will see the Site Name and the Event type, along with key Site References and the Time & Date the event occurred.

The Report will also breakdown the Operator assigned to action the event, along with key performance indicators like their Response Time and Duration.

Exporting the Completed Actions Report

To export the Report, navigate to the top-left hand side of the Report and click the Export Button:
